Which plan do you recommend?
The most popular plan is our Starter plan. For many of our students, this is an effective way to begin learning Spanish for around than $3 per day. Once they see that our program works, many students move on to the Fluent plan to take their English to the next level. We will prorate your plan if you decide to jump up to our 3-month conversational or our 12-month fluent plan.
I only know how to speak a little English. Will this help?
Many of our students come to us with very little English. This is perfectly fine. We have lessons built for every student, at every level. If you’re new to English, we’ll start slow so that you can get comfortable fast. We’ll always move at your speed, so learning is fun and easy.
When can I take my classes?
Our classes are available from 6AM-12AM CST, every day of the week, Monday through Sunday. Every Sunday, we open our schedule for the upcoming week, allowing you to book your classes in advance.
Where are your teachers located?
Across Borders English has a fully-remote team, with each team member working from home. This allows us to provide jobs to the most talented people, regardless of location, and lower costs to our students! All of our teachers are native speakers that have experience teaching English as a Second Language.
How do I pay?
Using our SSL secured payment gateway, you can sign up with your credit card, debit card, or PayPal. For students in Costa Rica, classes can also be paid via SINPE.
