Who’s Teaching

Led by Ted Gudeman, a native English speaker, attorney, notary, and certified ESL teacher with over 8 years of experience in the legal field and teaching English since 2012. Ted is the founder of Across Borders Legal and Rights Across Borders (RAB), and has worked extensively with Costa Rica’s Immigration Office, the UNHCR, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and other international organizations. Combining his legal expertise and background in teaching English, Ted uniquely bridges the gap between law and language training, making this community ideal for law students, practicing lawyers, LLM applicants, and legal professionals who need to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with English-speaking clients.
